Your back foot is stomping the board when it’s going up, blocking any pop. Your back foot should actually be coming up with your front foot at the same time. What makes the pop is the extension of your back foot ankle, pointing the toes down. So almost like a stomp, but with just the ball of your foot rather than the whole foot, as it’s being lifted up. I'd say your second one was definitely better, but you don't lift your feet high enough to give the board enough room to go up in the air. The movement that helps is pulling your feet up in the air closer to your chest. SkateIQ has a really detailed video on this, check it out: [VIDEO]

2 things 1) there’s 3 frames where your board and foot touches the floor, this kills the pop. you should be jumping from the board and throwing it to the floor. a good way to get a decent pop is to do hippy jumps but lift ur front foot up while hippy jumping. this teaches to jump off the board and not the floor. 2) the slide is fine but try to lift ur knees up higher and float a bit longer. this would give you more l

Your backfoot is hitting the ground, trapping the tail. It looks like your trying to jump off the ground, don't do that. Try and get your pop off before your backfoot hits the ground. These videos are for ollies but they apply to kickflips as well : [VIDEO] [VIDEO]
