Skate IQ short on how to ollie, built around jumping instead of just popping and sliding. Runs 44 seconds and targets people who can roll but cannot get the board off the ground.

You’re not actually jumping you’re just picking your front foot up while your back foot pins the tail to the ground. practice this [VIDEO] like a thousand times and you’ll be way better off

Yeah, you seriously need to get more comfortable on the board. You also need to forget "pop and slide" because that's two old lies that have got out of control. Nice SKATEiQ shorts: Jump is the basis of the ollie: [VIDEO] Jump from the back truck: [VIDEO] Hippy jump drill: [VIDEO] Don't slide, catch the nose: [VIDEO] But always do other stuff. Don't just hammer ollies with the idea that that's the first step and everything follows from that. That's not how skateboarding works. Try a lot of different stuff. Pay attention and experiment, try whatever seems fun, whatever seems slightly scary. Not just ollies. Have fun!
