Short Ricta Wheels promo where Caswell Berry sets up Ricta Clouds and tests them at parks, street spots, a crusty ditch and dirt jumps near Santa Cruz and Capitola. Filmed and edited by Joe Perrin, 2016.

Why skaters like it

Linked in beginner threads when people ask if soft 92a wheels hold up at parks, on street and over rough ground.

“… They cruise better than 99a but aren't soft and squishy like softer wheels - they have some hardness but are a little softer, absorbing imperfections and landings. …”

I haven't used them at the Skatepark yet, our city is building a concrete park that should be done soon; the 2 concrete parks near me are a 20/35 minute drive away (I don't own a personal car), and are a bit small (they get crowded easy), so I don't make the effort to go. They would be suitable at the park, although they might be a bit slower compared to the 99a and up wheels (hard wheels go faster on smooth surfaces). You will get a bit of extra grip... They are a hybrid between a Cruiser / Trick wheel, and could probably be used as filmer wheels at the park. This [VIDEO] ricta video showcases them, they are really nice all-around wheels. I plan on just skating these until I feel held back, but if anything they open up my skating possibilities rather than limit them, giving me the harder wheel advantages that cruiser wheels lack (a bit harder, not too soggy on landings), while giving some benefits of a softer wheel (a little extra grip, a bit of absorption on rough pavement, and the absorption seems to help my knees from giving a little cushion to landings).

Umm title saying that u think u wasted ur cash but why? 92a and 57mm are totally fine for everything, you probably got those ones right? [VIDEO] It's a little harder to pull off tricks but not that much u should mind this its just 3mm afterall.
