Why skaters like it

Gets linked when someone asks how to keep practicing in winter or without a skatepark. Fits small spaces like a garage.

“If you have a large garage, for sure. You might also wanna check this video out …”

Sorry I didn't realize its hard to explain without videos, I was more curious whether skaters that you know in real life actually do these indoor practices/workouts at all or it mostly only happens online for views especially winter(chance to showing off gear as well) and that most actual Skateboarders dont do them at all not even if they are allowed to use shoes or even their boards inside, and skating outside is impractical for weeks. Apparently a number of reddit skaters say they don't, and/or that its stupid, or useless, or even develops bad habits distrimental for normal outdoor rolling skateboarding. But several commenters don't necessary represent everyone so how about you? Would you do it? The whether they actually use their normal street shoe question when they workout inside is secondary to the main question. Though each person's defintion of what is "flatground" practice is a bit different. If you don't mind listing your defintion that would be great. Some sample videos that caught my attention. [VIDEO] Surprised that is allowed inside [VIDEO], Indoor rolling workout no ollie. [VIDEO] Brallie skateboarding using a bottle under the board, got his shoes wet and muddy befor…
