Skater Stimm, six months into skating, practices frontside carves in a bowl and hits coping on a mini ramp at Alga Norte skatepark in Encinitas, California. Goofy footed, he works on carving with speed to drop in.

In addition to Braille and ride: Skate hacks [VIDEO] recently started posting and they're petty good. I also like Adam Shomsky [VIDEO] for slomo stuff. VLSkate [LINK] is pretty good. Ninja lifestyle is ok but he can be kind of abrasive. I like Jonny Giger too but can be vloggy. New(ish) to skating progression type channels i like are bjt [LINK], the big ef [VIDEO], skater stimm [VIDEO], and here's [LINK] me personally.

Pretty much since feb this year. But I started just cruising around an industrial area near my place. They're not as bad as you think. I actually find bowls a lot easier to work with than flying off stairs. Start low, start slow. Up and back down the ramps, then around the corners. Then add some speed, some kick turns.. it builds really quickly and it's not as hard as I thought. The scariest part is the drop in. But you don't have to attack that straight away, just start in the flat part, push up to transition, and away you go! The key to all bowl skating is working the lines. As you get more confident, and go a bit faster, you'll know exactly what I mean. (I'm starting to see how important they are now) Ill see if I can find a video that describes it a bit better and link it Edit: [VIDEO] Watch how he starts on the flat, gets a little bit of speed, rolls into the corner. Then on the mini, adds a drop in and some kick turns. This is bowl riding. This is how to start. Everything form there is just faster and higher
