Just for shits and giggles I weighed my boards (and as a result, myself, which was very traumatic). My 7.3" is 4.2 lbs and my normal 8" board is 5 lbs even, so I think your board is right around the expected weight. You are much much lighter than I am, but many young skaters are closer to your weight and seem to do fine with a board about that weight and 8" width. It sounds like the trucks turn decently well despite being not the best brand. You may want to replace them at some point with a better brand like Thunder, Independent, or Krux. As far as the bearings, I'd just replace them no matter what. Bones Reds are great bearings that are less than $20, last a long time, and come with a cool sticker for your deck :) To replace bearings, you need to take the wheel off, then you can use the end of the axle to remove the bearing. It's best explained visually [VIDEO]. With that said, you should probably also get a skate tool (you can find a package of a skate tool + bearings online for a bit cheaper I think!) which you can use to loosen or tighten the trucks too. Tight trucks = harder to carve turns but more stable, loose trucks = surfier/carvier turns but less control overall. Feel fre…

other comments already covered basically all your questions but im just here to drop a bit of advice if your bearings are super stuck or you’re just a weakish person; it is super easy to take out bearings if you put one side of the wheel (with bearings inside) in the truck about halfway and put a flat head screwdriver in the other side and lift up using the truck for leverage, it should be super easy to get the bearings to pop out [VIDEO] here is a video explanation
