Back in the day Tony Hawk made a whole video [VIDEO] Think about your foot placement, think about bending your knees, think about where you are putting pressure on which parts of your feet. Simple things I never thought of when I started, for example if I'm doing a f/s noseslide and I'm sticking and not sliding, it means I haven't turned enough to get the board perpendicular to the ledge

If you're stance is regular (normal) and you're riding forward and popping off of your nose (using your left foot) that is called nollie. If you're stance is regular and you're riding backward (goofy) and popping with your left foot, it's called switch. If you're popping with your right foot, it's called fakie. Here's a trick tip video [VIDEO]

Watch some trick tips.... My advice ; keep your front foot on your front bolts or maybe just a little below the front bolts ( but not the middle of the board) and your back foot either on the top of the tail or the middle of your tail. Pop the board hard with the tail and do a slight shovit motion scoop with your back foot, your front foot is almost going to stay in place the entire time... This trick is mostly don't
