Gets linked in r/NewSkaters when someone posts a failed kickflip clip and needs a fix for foot motion, flick direction or front leg extension.

“I've watch the Braille Skateboarding video about kickflip yesterday and it look like you don't extend your front leg enough. …”

Watching the video at 1/4 speed makes it easier to break down what's going on. From what I can see you're not kicking or flicking. It's more like you're pulling your foot off the side of the board and your hips are following that foot. Aaron Kyro just posted a video [VIDEO] addressing this.

After watching your video mutltiple times here's what I see in order of you attempts 1. Too much pop. After flicking, your front foot couldn't follow your board motion. I think you should flick more "higher" like this way ↗ and not → 2. This time your are flicking down ↘ so your board couldn't flip enough. 3. Too much pop and you didn't jump enough making your back foot touching your board while flipping. Also you were flicking too much horizontaly → so your board didn't flip that fast 4. The last stationnary tries have the sames issues In general, pop less, flick higher ↗ and not → or ↘. Flicking higher will make your board flip faster and so you'll be able to land on it ;) I've actually watch the braille skateboarding video about kickflip tips and it help me with my kickflips ( Still working on consistency ). They are talking about fully committing the flick in this direction ↗ ( like a ninja ). Here's the video i'm talking about : [VIDEO] Have a nice day :)
