Why skaters like it

Posted in r/NewSkaters whenever someone's kickflip turns backside. Skaters say it explains the physics better than the usual shoulder advice.

“Everyone’s shoulder comments aren’t 100% accurate. Your shoulders open which would make your board go frontside but your board is going backside.”

i cant do regular shoves but pop shoves are basically just an ollie. basically, start carving so the weight is on your toe side wheels, then do an ollie and jump slightly forward. when the weight is on your toe side wheels, just popping the board will do a natural 180 shove. like this guy says [VIDEO]
