John Hill ollies over a growing stack of skateboards at the Shred Quarters, with help from Casey Bechler, Samuel Tabor and Andy Schrock. Filmed in 2016 as a most-boards-ollied challenge.

Why skaters like it

Cited in r/NewSkaters threads as a visual for ollie height: heads barely rise from one board to five, so the gain comes from tucking your legs.

A lot of people say “jumping higher” but what they really mean is pulling your legs closer to your body. [VIDEO] Look at this video just watch the skaters heads when they Ollie, you’ll see they actually don’t come up the much farther from 1 board to 5, don’t think about jumping higher think about pulling the board towards you more

Just typed in "ollie over decks" and got all these YouTube videos. This is just how it's done and when skaters talk about ollying over decks, it's understood they are interlocked. [VIDEO] [VIDEO] [VIDEO] [VIDEO] [VIDEO] [VIDEO]
