That's pretty common. You're not commiting to the trick. You are lowering your front foot too soon and not trying to stay in the air to land on top of the board. [VIDEO]

The rotation isn't fully there yet. You want to roll that front ankle a bit when kicking/flicking, maybe also move your front foot up a bit and kick off the nose to keep the nose down. Practice the flick and just landing with your front foot. When you land those consistently try with both feet good trick tip video [VIDEO]

So everyone here has covered the leaning back component: [VIDEO] There's a snippet in here that talks about that even more if you're curious. There's also this video here which at 3ish minutes goes into a other component to this which is basically flicking too much on the nose. The remedy for this is supposed to be to flick more diagonally and less out. [VIDEO] It's probably common knowledge to a lot of people, but m

Personally, keep doing what you're doing. Think how you normally think just add: - Keep your front foot over the board Sometimes people will say to just keep both feet over the bolts. Your back foot has that down. I think for you, it's just a mental block with your front foot. As soon as you catch with the back, just pull that front foot back on. Check out this video : [VIDEO] at 4:15 this guy explains it pretty well

Ay man, these are looking pretty good! Just gotta keep that front foot over the board. I know it's easier said than done. Wish I had more to add but honestly I'm not sure what to say lol. This vid might help. I like how he breaks stuff down [VIDEO]
