You installed them correctly from what I can see in your picture. I'm not super familiar with replacing Tensor stock bushings. I've put harder Indy bushings on my indy trucks and didn't have this issue. Is the bones bushing the same diameter as your stock Tensor bushing? [VIDEO]
So I have heard this and did it back in the day, but it's street side you're supposed to remove. The board side handles all of your weight and if you are above 150lbs as I am will lead to cracked and deformed bushings.
