Braille Skateboarding tutorial on hardflips, covering foot setup and the front foot flick. Recommends getting kickflips and frontside shove-its down first and practicing while rolling.

Linked in beginner threads when someone asks for hardflip tips. Builds on frontside shove-it and kickflip basics, with slow motion to show the front foot flick.

Make sure you can do front shuvs first because your back foot sets up exactly the same way for a hardflip as it does for the front shuv. Your front foot needs to be in an awkward position (at first) with your toes pointing towards the nose of the board somewhat. I usually put my front foot under the first set of bolts. Now when you flick the timing will be really weird as you try to line it up with the front shuv mot
