I was having trouble learning the No Comply 180, so I watched both of Sarah Park-Matott's tutorial YouTube videos and documented my progress using her method. I still have work to do on it, but managed to land a few semi-decent ones! Sarah's Videos: [VIDEO] [VIDEO]

It’s such a frustrating trick, I’ve been on and off with it since I started skating a year ago. Literally just keep trying it, this video [VIDEO] helped me a lot!

I can't offer advice since I'm still learning it, but the most helpful video I've found for this trick is by Sarah Park-Matott: [VIDEO]

That part was fucking me up too, I found this video really helpful- [VIDEO] Basically if you’re struggling getting the board around and through your legs at first, start by flicking it up to your hand, grabbing the nose, and throwing the board back down as you turn into switch. It helps you get the timing and rotation, then you can gradually use your hand less until it’s just a regular no comply 180 with no nose grab

Videos that were helpful to me:Sarah Park Matot 5 step guide [VIDEO] specifically her step to do a nose grab as a practice step made me understand the pop Thenwhythetrick [VIDEO] this one really helped me understand the step off. IMO this may the most underrated hidden gem skateboard tutorial channel.

Sarah Park-Mattot hops off with her front foot and deliberately pops the the board with her back foot (her video here [VIDEO]). It's kinda voodoo though. I think most people do the slide. Slide seems to work better for me (but, tbh, neither approach works well for me yet).

Practice just kicking the board up into your hand then while your holding the board to rotate it, have your back foot follow the tail of the skateboard which should be rotating to the front up. Have a watch of this [VIDEO]
