I mean my understanding is it's essentially a fs flip. Jimmy Carlin Muska flip [VIDEO] Jaws illusion flip [VIDEO] Random fs flip vs Muska [VIDEO] Again not sure the proper name for the trick if you don't do a body varial, but I'm pretty sure it ain't Muska/illusion.

I'm not convinced. I think it flips because the board goes upside down so there's at least half a flip and then it continues its motion until the grip faces up. That's a flip. Also, muska/illusion flips can be done in a quarter pipe. Look at Jaws trick tip [VIDEO]. Here's another angle [LINK]. Don't you think it looks like a hardflip with a body varial?

Watch the nose on the slomo version, the board spins backside. At best it's a varial flip, but since the board spin more vertical and doesn't really flip until he finger flips it, I'd say it is more of a vertical pop shuv it , or an illusion/muska flip. Here's a decent tutorial: [VIDEO] But you can find many others on the youtube. Still a cool trick, but it is definitely not a hardflip. If you look at Vinnie's other
