[LINK] Here is my foot position. Front foot: perpendicular over the bolts. [NOT slanted at all. That throws it off for me for some reason] Back foot: where I have it. If it is too far back the board will spin in my experience. Here are a few links that might help. [VIDEO] [VIDEO] [VIDEO] This last link is someone teaching someone else how to do it. These are the most helpful for me personally. [VIDEO] Edit: yes. My shoelaces are tied weird. My new ones break every time I skate, so I just retire them higher until they finally give out.

I struggled with and neglected this trick for a long time. Only just recently did I figure it out. My issue was all in the rotation though. Back foot hitting the board seems like a weird issue to me. Maybe you could try jumping higher, or scooping the board at a more shallow angle so it doesn't pop as high. If anyone wants to know the trick that helped me get the rotation down: [VIDEO]. I still can't 3 shuv, but realizing that you can get more rotation in the FS direction by pointing your toes backwards and rotating your foot inwards while you pop really changed the game for me.
