Yeah sounds like you took a rough one, that happens sometimes with skating. Hopefully a few of these bits can help you out: 1. When you're starting out is the most dangerous time in your skate life. Because you don't have lots of board control yet, you don't know what your real limits are, AND you don't know how to fall properly yet. I'd say your plan to just ride around for a while is a good one, and you should do t

Andy pays homage to so much skate history in his style. I’ve been skating since the 70’s and he has so much depth. I get he’s not your thing and your not into freestyle. Check out Mullen if you’re living on Mars and aren’t familiar with the skate god, Andy has hints and throwbacks of Rodney. Watch street skating from the 80’s and the evolution of the sport and style and you see Andy emulating that as well. He’s one o

[VIDEO] Yeah, he doesn't hide he uses tricks done by others before him. At that timestamp, is where he credits all the tricks he does in his part Also, if you look. The first comment on that video is Jonny Giger saying Nice! They are probably friends

[VIDEO] Hell yeah let's see more pros with helmets to encourage more people to protect the most fragile and important part of their body. You're wrong as fuck too that's not the worst that can happen to you. There's multiple documented cases of people dying or damaging their brains. Our heads are not meant to handle a smack against concrete. I've landed too much on my nose and smacked my head when I fell fast and was

>Go look at thrasher transworld any skate video of the last thirty years no helmets. Any skate video of the last 30 years huh? Wrong again. [VIDEO] >A couple minors in the Olympics isn’t a point. It is though, because you said that it doesn't happen at all, you said no one wears them, which isn't true. I don't know why you refuse to admit that. Why do you keep saying it doesn't happen if you're just gonna make excuse

yeah at competition level maybe but none of us are going to compete at xgames, sls or whatever. some of my favourite pro skaters have unusual style - Rodney Mullen [VIDEO], Franky Villani [VIDEO], Richie Jackson [VIDEO], Gou Miyagi [VIDEO], Andy Anderson [VIDEO] etc. In skateboarding it's not style over substance, style IS the substance and if you're obsessing over how you compare to others, you're doing it wrong.
