Well you clearly haven’t seen Andy Anderson… he is like THE hip skater right now that skates for the most giant skate company. [VIDEO] And dude, not doing what everyone else is doing is like, da essence of skateboarding lol the best skaters do other shit.

There’s still a market for full length skate videos, but generally short videos and clips have come to be expected since YouTube. Those have become much more common since then. I can recommend the Powell video Seen Him [VIDEO] for just how powerful it is, not exactly for the skating. And Liminal [VIDEO], a short skate video of Rodney Mullen in 2017.

Watch skate parts on YouTube or any skate content on YouTube really. Usually this motivates me when I’m feeling down about skating. Seeing pro skaters do sick shit makes me want to go out and learn. Also hearing the pros talk about how skating is their life and how much work and effort they put into it makes me feel good about practicing and learning new things.
