Why skaters like it

Gets posted whenever someone shows off a new gadget or product. Skaters use it to point out that gimmicks are as old as skateboarding itself.

“honestly there's a long history of shitty pointless products and thats what of what lead to there being a "core" skaterboard industry to differentiate from the bullshit.”

The whole DSM/Dwindle China boards. They were cheap and cracked around the baseplate. Gimmicks. All the gimmicks: [VIDEO] Blind jeans. I heard a rumor that you needed to have a 10k+ account with Nike in order to get their shoes in your shop. Support your local skateshop. I doubt they honestly give a fuck, and its just weird. I've never had a problem ordering online and dealing with some of those kids is just strange.
