place the board on the ground then walk briskly up to it and see which foot naturally wants to step onto the board first, put that foot just behind the first screws facing forwards, and push with the other foot. Lots of people get into a bad habit of awkward pushing by putting their weight on the foot that's pushing - you don't want any weight on the ground really, just the board. Practice standing still on one foot

I think you should try some easier tricks like: [VIDEO] Then when you nailed that try a kickturn, Ride around for like a week. Then reapproach the ollie. [VIDEO] Your attempt at 0:21 is close just gotta keep doing it , jump higher drag that front foot all the way to tip of nose. it may seem impossible but thats cause you gotta jump higher.

Yes riding around itself should help you overall because it will increase your confidence and you’ll be way more comfortable. You can always try to Ollie, if you’re not ready to Ollie this video might have some good information on things you can practice in the meantime until you’re ready to Ollie. [VIDEO]

Roll up (to the obstacle) slowly, shift your front foot to the nose, and lean back slightly to lift the nose up. When the nose is on the obstacle, then shift your weight to the front. Aaron Kyro did a tutorial on it in a video, which is here [VIDEO].
