Welp. I'm still not 100% on this BUT...after the onslaught of downvotes (lol) I've learned that...tentatively: IF the skater in the posted video is Goofy then its a fakie BACKSIDE heelflip. If hes regular then its a nollie FRONTSIDE heelflip. Although there's conflicting evidence from credible sources, no offense to other skaters on YT out there, but I found vids of PRO skaters rather than randos in their driveway...
