Check out this old vid from waltz Hack your skateboard for freestyle [VIDEO] and just get a regular deck for cheaper. Maybe get a smaller size like 7.00 - 7.50 if you want like the other dude said. The biggest differences with freestyle decks are the size and shape.
I have a friend that used Ricta Clouds for his main board and he still used them to learn kickflips and stuff (note that softer and bigger wheels are heavier than normal street wheels) . I’m not sure about freestyle but freestyle use a specific wheel that is offset so you can railstand easier and it’s more stable. They’re also bigger and maybe heavier. Personally if you want street wheels that are soft, you should look into Mini Logos since they have softer street wheels (I use 95a and I have a friend that loves his 90a) If you haven’t already check out Mike Osterman [VIDEO] video about hacking a normal deck into something that freestyle friendly. Your question about the trucks, it doesn’t have to be specifically for freestyle any trucks is fine. It’s mainly about the measurements (referring to the video)
+1 to Waltz donut wheels, though you gotta size down your trucks to get the wheels flush, i.e. 7.75" trucks on a 8" board as mentioned in this video [VIDEO]
