Thrasher Kill Tapes entry from 2014 on Lizard King's ollie attempt at Double Rock. It is a short clip of a big drop that ends in a hard slam, shot for the Firing Line and Hall of Meat style.

Why skaters like it

Linked in threads about fear and commitment, and when people ask for footage of him landing it. A go-to example of skating through fear.

There is a certain zen to the idea and realization you are going to fall. Being scared is good because it means you respect what you are trying, but to me the best part of skating is when you feel that and overcome it and just literally say, "Fuck it". [Watch Lizard king in this video] ([VIDEO]) "Fuck it, Skate or die motherfuckers" Also you'll find that most tricks you try, especially on rails, after you give it your balls to the wall 100% effort ONE time you'll realize its possible and get pumped. As for you kickflip, practice will make those come along nicely.
