What I mean is, there isn't as many tricks combinations compared to skateboarding. I know skateboarding has been around longer, meaning there is more time to develop tricks, but any trick related sport; like freestyle skiing, snowboarding, bmxing, rollerblading etc, seems to have more variety. Though scooting may be pretty new, I'm not sure. I only see kids on scooters doing spin variations, like bar spins, whip-it spins, finger flip spins, and regular full body spins. I realize skateboarding also involves lots of spins, however a skateboard can spin on all axis, simultaneously, with or without the person moving with the board, making for much more possible variations. A good example of a skateboard using all axis is this video [VIDEO]. Not only that, they can combine any number of these spin variations to slides and grinds, further increasing it's potential. Don't get me wrong, I'd have no problem with good scooters at the park, because they're skilled and competent, compared to the kids I usually see making a mess and endangering themselves. But I still believe scoots can't quite progress compared to a skateboard and its ability to spin on all axis, and grind on each truck as wel…

I agree with pinkytickler. There are already channels that cover everything you mentioned pretty well. The one thing I don't see enough of on youtube is high production value vids or ones that are creatively adventurous. I'd say the main reason is because it's really hard and it involves a lot of time and effort, but there are a few people out there doing it. To give you an example of what I'd like to see more of, check out Brett Novak. This is one of my favourites of his [VIDEO]. And he really only films freestyle, so I'd love to see this quality and creativity applied elsewhere in skating. If you could apply this style to vert/transition I would be thoroughly impressed. What ever you do, make sure it's quality, worth watching stuff. There's too much crap out there already.

Safely the best? There are contenders * Classic Round 2 [VIDEO] (1999!) * or Round 3 [VIDEO] * or even Kilian's gorgeous video [VIDEO]. To name a few. That said, the Madars Apse video is *amazing*. . . . I must skate now.
