Sabotage 3, bringing back the Philly scene. Also the Bronze videos, true NYC skating. Bronze 56k - [VIDEO] Bronze SOLO JAZZ -[VIDEO]
Lately I've been sort of bummed on big companies' videos, but there are a few regional crews/compaines that make incredibly awesome videos with awesome aesthetics. A few I can think of off the top of my head are: [Bronze - 56k]([VIDEO]] (You must watch this. Pure New York Skateboarding and a crazy 1990's image. Awesome) Pyramid Country - Couchlock Oddyssey [VIDEO] Palace - Tres Trill [LINK]
Educate yourself: Bronze 56k [VIDEO]
No way, man. SD is a completely different look. Maybe it's an east coast thing, but there's a ton of VX purists in Philly. A lot of dudes here still shoot photos in 35mm, which I think is sick too. You can check out Zander Taketomo's piece on the Berrics [LINK] Maybe it's because I prefer local videos, but there's a bunch of VX videos that came out in 2012 that I liked better than Pretty Sweet: Bake and Destroy, Space Heater [LINK], Bronze 56K [VIDEO], Polar's No Complies and Wallrides [VIDEO], Minuit's Meanwhile [VIDEO]. And I havn't even seen Sabotage 3 [VIDEO], or Cosmic Vomit 2 [VIDEO] yet, but I know they'll be better too.
