William Spencer's part from Denver Shop's third video, Stakes Is High, released in 2012. Creative, unusual street skating from a Denver shop team.

Why skaters like it

Shown to non-skaters because craziness and skill read without knowing trick difficulty. Spencer's name keeps coming up in threads about creative skating.

“… They're great because anyone can relate to the craziness and skill involved without having to know that a lazer-flip is harder than a 360 flip, etc.”

What I'm gonna need you to do is just stop skateboarding. Just never skateboard ever again. Skateboarding as we know it is literally based on variation and creativity. Skateboarding wouldn't progress in the slightest if it weren't for people doing different things and coming up with new tricks. What William Spencer is doing isn't stupid bullshit and it definitely isn't "ruining skateboarding". As cheesy as this sounds, if you had any real passion for skating you'd be well aware that nothing *ruins* skateboarding if you love doing it. Especially something as trivial as how someone else, miles and miles away, that has literally no effect on your life, skates. So if your ignorant fucking mind thinks that William Spencer is somehow ruining skateboarding because he skates differently then just do yourself a favor and stop skating. And by the way > A backflip while riding up on the board and still holding the board in the air would be a skateboarding trick, but not just holding a skateboard or jumping onto one at the end of a parkour/gymnastics trick Last Trick [VIDEO]

Not too close per say, i'm not a photographic so i don't know how to really explain it but i'll try. You see too much of the fish eye, if you get what i'm saying. If you are going to use a fish eye then you should have it so only the corners of it show, giving that zoomed in type effect. For example, see here: [VIDEO] In this skate clip you can just see the corners of the fisheye, giving that type of effect. Hopefully that helped, like i said i'm just some guy with an opinion :D Good luck!

Pretty much any [VIDEO] video of William Spencer [VIDEO]. They're great because anyone can relate to the craziness and skill involved without having to know that a lazer-flip is harder than a 360 flip, etc.
