so your front foot is everything. when the nose is getting too high/tail about to drag, bend your ankle upwards, like it does when you ollie - this will lock the board in place and keep it from going further. and when your front wheels are too low and about to touch, roll your ankle in the opposite direction. same goes for nose manuals.
