Short Shake Junt commercial from RIDE Channel, 2014. Neen Williams skates a Pure Bud cruiser and ollies around on smaller wheels.

Why skaters like it

Posted as proof you can ollie on small cruiser wheels, and as an answer when someone tries to remember Neen's hippie skater clips.

Hmm, more than likely yea, as long as you can shift your weight from one side of the board to the other you should be good. Would just take some practice. [VIDEO] <- The wheels on the Pure Bud Neen is riding are a bit smaller, but if he can hit ollies like that, im pretty sure you can ollie on those, will just take practice. I'm pretty sure I had the same wheels on an old penny board from Sector 9 I could ollie with.
