Raw footage of Cory Kennedy filmed around Lake Stevens and Seattle, Washington, released in 2011 for the first SK8RATS editing contest. Editors re-cut the clips and the winner got a SK8RATS gear box.

Why skaters like it

Skaters point newbie editors to it as free raw footage to practice re-editing, since most similar challenge files have gone dead.

Off the top of my head, MTN Dew ran an editing contest with a handful of pros like 10 years ago but I don't even know where you'd find that raw footage anymore. Sk8rat did something similar with Cory Kennedy and Sebo Walker, those seem to still be available to rip off YouTube: [LINK] [LINK]
