I think he must be going 60mph+. I've clocked my friend going 42mph on a downhill less steep and much less long than this. I've just done a quick calculation and the distance he travels from 3.00 seconds to 4.00 seconds is approximately 90 to 110 feet (using the houses, lines in the road, plant boxes, and google maps measure feature to calculate starting and ending point during this 1-second).
