Skatology: half cab late varial flip with Joe Vizzaccero

Adam Shomsky's Skateology series covers a half cab late varial flip performed by Joe Vizzaccero. Filmed on a Sony FS700 at 240 and 480 fps, it shows varial and kickflip done in one motion by the back foot.

Why it's an editor's pick

Slow motion shows how the back foot makes the varial and flip happen together. Good look at a rare, original trick that is hard to read at full speed.
