Sam Tabor, Nick Holt and Mikey Whitehouse of MAJER Crew play a game of skate using decks on carpet, with no trucks or wheels. Posted in 2015 as part of their Skate Saturdays series.

Why skaters like it

Gets linked when beginners ask how to practice tricks indoors or on a board with no trucks. Carpet is easier on the joints and quiet.

Have you ever tried carpet boarding [VIDEO]? It's alot easier on the joints than skateboarding, and you can do it indoors too! All you need is a sk8 deck and a carpet (to tamp the noise) It may not be all full fledged, but if you're feeling good about it, you can get a 2x4 or a 4x4 too, and mess around with some fancy ledge tricks.
