Thrasher Classics entry on Arto Saari's part in es Menikmati (2000), introduced by Torey Pudwill. Covers a street part on gnarly terrain with little filler.
Why skaters like it
Held up as a favorite street part, and a go-to reference for the grip-scraping trick at 50 seconds when people ask how to smooth griptape edges.
“… You can go to a nice clean side walk and grab your board by the trucks and scratch off the excess grip off the nose and truck like how arto does in this video at the 50 sec Mark. …”

It’s pretty good. You can go to a nice clean side walk and grab your board by the trucks and scratch off the excess grip off the nose and truck like how arto does in this video at the 50 sec Mark. [VIDEO]
